    Generally speaking UV coating of plywood adopts the process of "two bottom and one side", as follows:

The first use of A-701-150 (paint dosage is about 35 grams per square meter)→  Drying、Sanding →The second one uses A-701-90 (paint dosage is about 15 grams per square meter) →  Drying、Sanding →  The third use of UV clear top coating(paint dosage is about 10 grams per square meter)→  Drying

3、Attentions

(1)、The temperature of UV coating should be controlled at about 40℃. When not in use, it should be kept in a cool and ventilated place.

(2)、UV coating has no toxic effect on human body, but it can irritate some allergic skin. Therefore, if there is direct contact with skin, it should be cleaned with soap as soon as possible. In addition, to prevent splashing into the eyes .

(3)、According to the different requirements of customers for gloss, high gloss finish and matte finish can be mixed. The mixing proportion should be adjusted according to the requirements of customers for gloss range, temperature change, film thickness and other conditions.
